BLOODSPORTS is MEATliquor’s Covent Garden outpost – a late-night watching bar with 30 screens showing everything from the Champions League to classic slashers. We keep the drinks flowing, the food hot and the vibes dialled to 11 until 2am.
We’re on the hunt for team members who can keep pace with our energy and make sure every guest leaves buzzing – whether they came for the big game, the big scares, or just a big night out.

- Can organise and support the front of house team throughout any service
- Good at keeping cool in a busy working environment
- Able to think on their feet, problem solve and come up with ideas to improve whenever possible
- Has an interest in progressing into the role of General Manager
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the restaurant is set up on time each day and that the team have been briefed
- Manage the reservations and walk ins each day
- Provide guests with exceptional customer service leaving them keen to return for more
- Look after any guests’ additional requests, go that extra mile whenever possible
- Communicate any issues quickly to the duty manager
- Oversee the front of house team during service ensuring all tasks are completed and all guests are well looked after
- Help with the induction and training of new team members and support and nurture them as they develop
- Assisting the management team with other daily duties upon request
