MEATliquor is a small (ish), independently owned Bar & Diner group, based primarily in London, but with a site in Brighton, too. We are hungry for highly ambitious & experienced Supervisors to expand on our current teams, to join us in smashing patties, shaking hard liquor and having some fun along the way.
One of the most important qualities we look for is having a keen eye for details, having pride in what you do, and hopefully bringing your own innovation and creativity to the workplace. - Comfortable dealing with large groups of people, children and dogs
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the restaurant is set up on time each day and that the team have been briefed
- Manage the reservations and walk ins each day
- Provide guests with exceptional customer service leaving them keen to return for more
- Look after any guests’ additional requests, go that extra mile whenever possible
- Communicate any issues quickly to the duty manager
- Oversee the front of house team during service ensuring all tasks are completed and all guests are well looked after
- Help with the induction and training of new team members and support and nurture them as they develop
- Assisting the management team with other daily duties upon request
