MEATliquor is a small (ish), independently owned Bar & Diner group, based primarily in London, but with sites in Brighton and Leeds. We are hungry for highly ambitious & experienced Managers to expand on our current teams, to join us in smashing patties, shaking hard liquor and having some fun along the way.
One of the most important qualities we look for is having a keen eye for details, having pride in what you do, and hopefully bringing your own innovation and creativity to the workplace. - Has an interest in preparing and serving food
- Will be driven to developing within the company and progressing into the role of grill chef
- Can listen and replicate and given task
- Good at working in a busy, pressurised environment and can keep cool in any situation
Main responsibilities:
- Preparing the kitchen for service, including setting up equipment, food prep, storing deliveries and any other reasonable request from your kitchen manager)
- Preparing food to order and working as part of a fun and supportive team
- Assisting the team in closing the kitchen to the requested standard with the aid of checklists and guidance from the senior kitchen team
