By our estimate, MEATliquor Brighton’s cocktail menu will soon be as famous as B-Town’s famous beach itself. First of all, our cocktails are just as, if not more, refreshing than a dip in the ocean. They’re just as great to socialise around, and they share the same timeless appeal. That doesn’t even begin to describe the mood-enhancing qualities of a MEATliquor Brighton cocktail.

For reals now, we’ve put a lot of time and effort into creating the perfect cocktails for you to enjoy. Whether you’re visiting the coast to catch some sun or a local looking for a new haunt, we’ve got the cocktails, beers, burgers, and vibe you’re craving.

In the mood for something sweet and tangy at the same time? Try the Mangorita – Pueblo Viejo Blanco Tequila, Mango Eau De Vie, Mango Cordial, Agave & Lime, shaken over ice in a rocks glass. Or, if you’re feeling adventurous, go for the Grog 2.1 – a blend of El Dorado rums, Skippers’ rum, and Monkey Shoulder fresh, with a dose of overproof rum that adds more than just a little bit of a kick.

If you’re more of a whisky person, Drunken Monkey’s got your name on it – Monkey Shoulder Original, Paddy’s Whiskey, Apricot, Ginger, Honey, Vanilla, Apple Juice and Lemon Juice all work together to bring out the best in this beloved spirit. For those who like a bit of heat, we recommend the Two Ton of Fun is a perfect choice. Buffalo Trace, Falernum Liquer, Triple Sec, Pimento Dram & Lemon juice.
